The May Ziadeh Distinguished Lecture (MZDL) in Palestinian & Arab Studies is our annual flagship lecture series, honoring the legacy of May Ziadeh—the pioneering Palestinian-Lebanese feminist, poet, and writer. As the cornerstone of our public outreach, this series brings scholars, activists, artists, and policymakers directly to campus to engage with the most critical issues shaping Palestine and the Arab world.
